I'm a singer and songwriter from Melbourne, Australia. I LOVE Music!!! I perform with my soul/funk concoction and we call ourselves "Florelie & the Backlash Brew". We are crazy about Soul, Funk music by the legends Nina Simone, James Brown, Aretha, Stevie just to name a few.
I was born in Manila's worst area, Tondo, and I believe that this is why I can be pretty fierce when put in a situation. We moved to Melbourne in 88 which has actually toned me down a bit. This city is practically heaven compared to Tondo. The day we arrived, I instantly felt at home.

Fine line bet. celebs lifestyle & homeless?
Well ok, a bit of an overstatement.. but the homeless man with a golden voice, Ted Williams sounds like he’s been living the celeb life all along. Apparently, he’s due to appear in court about some previous drug charges, he was arrested for having a domestic argument with his daughter (no charges were laid though), and also, he’s about to go to rehab.
Sounds like a real trashy celebrity doesn’t it?
